Refund Policy — Conspire Creations®

Last Updated: 14 October 2026

Conspire Creations Ltd is an independent publisher specialising in premium digital cultural-learning publications, including interactive PDF journals and educational materials.

We are committed to providing high-quality digital publications and ensuring that customers receive the products they have purchased.

This Refund Policy explains our cancellation arrangements, refund procedures and your statutory consumer rights.

1. Digital Products and Delivery

All publications sold by Conspire Creations® are digital products supplied electronically as downloadable PDF files.

No physical products are shipped.

Following successful payment, customers are normally provided with immediate access to their purchased publication through an electronic download link.

Customers are encouraged to download and securely save their purchased files.

2. Digital Products and Cancellation Rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers purchasing digital content generally have a statutory right to cancel their purchase within 14 days after the day on which the contract is made.

However, this cancellation right may be lost when the supply of digital content begins, provided that the customer has:

  • Given express consent for digital supply to begin during the cancellation period.
  • Acknowledged that beginning digital supply will result in the loss of the statutory cancellation right.
  • Received the legally required confirmation of their consent and acknowledgement.

Where these requirements have been satisfied and digital supply has begun, Conspire Creations Ltd does not generally provide refunds for a change of mind.

Where these requirements have not been satisfied, customers retain their statutory cancellation rights as provided by law.

Downloading or accessing a publication does not automatically remove statutory cancellation rights unless the applicable legal requirements have been met.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Digital Publications

Conspire Creations® takes reasonable steps to ensure that its digital publications are complete, accessible and consistent with their advertised descriptions.

If a purchased publication is:

  • Corrupted or technically defective.
  • Incomplete or missing advertised content.
  • Incorrectly supplied.
  • Materially different from its product description.
  • Otherwise not in conformity with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Customers should contact us through our website's Contact Us form or the email address provided below.

Where appropriate, we will investigate the issue and provide a corrected publication, replacement download or another remedy required by applicable law.

Where a repair or replacement cannot be provided within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, customers may be entitled to a price reduction or refund in accordance with their statutory rights.

Nothing in this policy restricts the customer's statutory rights concerning faulty or incorrectly described digital content.

4. Accidental and Duplicate Purchases

We recognise that purchasing mistakes can occasionally occur.

Incorrect Publication Purchased

If a customer accidentally purchases the wrong publication, they should contact us as soon as possible, preferably before accessing the download.

We will consider providing an exchange or goodwill refund, subject to the circumstances and without affecting any applicable statutory cancellation rights.

Duplicate Purchases

If the same publication is accidentally purchased more than once, customers should contact us with the relevant order numbers.

We will normally refund the unintended duplicate purchase.

These arrangements are provided as additional customer-service measures and do not replace statutory consumer rights.

5. Change-of-Mind Refunds

Due to the nature of downloadable digital publications, Conspire Creations Ltd does not generally offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds once digital supply has commenced and the customer's statutory cancellation right has been validly lost.

This applies where the required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation have been obtained.

This restriction does not apply where customers retain a statutory cancellation right or are entitled to a remedy for faulty, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed digital content.

6. Download and Technical Support

Customers experiencing difficulties receiving, downloading or opening their purchased publication should contact Conspire Creations®.

We can assist with:

  • Missing or undelivered download links.
  • Expired or inaccessible download links.
  • Corrupted PDF files.
  • Compatibility problems involving supported PDF software.
  • Incorrectly delivered publications.

Customers should ensure that their devices meet the technical requirements described on the relevant product page.

We recommend using a compatible PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, particularly when accessing interactive journal features.

Customers are encouraged to retain a backup of their purchased files.

The expiration of a download link or accidental loss of a locally saved file does not remove any statutory rights or remedies to which the customer may be entitled.

7. How to Request a Refund or Assistance

Customers wishing to request a refund, report a technical problem or obtain assistance should contact Conspire Creations Ltd through the Contact Us form on our website.

Website: conspire-creations.com

Alternatively, customers may contact us directly at:

Email: sheltonmclaughlin@hotmail.co.uk

When submitting an enquiry, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • The title of the purchased publication.
  • A brief explanation of your request.
  • Details of any technical difficulties, where applicable.

We aim to respond to customer enquiries within two to three working days.

Where a refund is due, it will be processed without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.

For valid statutory cancellations, refunds will generally be issued within 14 days of receiving notification of cancellation.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

The time taken for funds to appear in a customer's account may vary depending on their payment provider.

8. European Union Customers — Right of Withdrawal

Customers residing within the European Union generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase within 14 days of concluding the contract, without providing a reason.

For digital content supplied without a physical medium, this right may be lost once digital supply begins, provided the applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.

These include prior express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgement that the withdrawal right will be lost and the required contractual confirmation.

Where a statutory withdrawal right remains available, customers may request withdrawal through our website's Contact Us form or by emailing:

sheltonmclaughlin@hotmail.co.uk

Any additional mandatory withdrawal procedures required by applicable European Union or national legislation remain available.

Nothing in this policy limits the mandatory consumer rights of customers residing in the European Union.

9. Statutory Consumer Rights

This Refund Policy operates alongside applicable consumer protection legislation, including:

  • The Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  • The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
  • Applicable European Union and national consumer protection legislation.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or override any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where a provision of this policy conflicts with mandatory consumer protection legislation, the applicable statutory requirements will take precedence.
