Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using any products from Conspire Creations® ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing from conspire-creations.myshopify.com, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase.

2. Products and Services

Digital Products: All Conspire Creations® guided journals are digital products delivered as downloadable PDF files for personal use.

Product Description: We make every effort to accurately describe our products. All product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may contain minor variations.

Delivery: Digital products are delivered via email and/or download link immediately after payment confirmation. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.

3. License and Usage Rights

When you purchase a guided journal from us, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the digital product subject to the following conditions:

You MAY:

• Download and save the PDF to your personal devices
• Use the journal for personal reflection, study, and creative development
• Print one copy for your personal use (if printing rights are included)

You MAY NOT:

• Share, distribute, or resell the PDF file
• Upload the file to file-sharing websites or platforms
• Make the product available to others (including family members - each user needs their own license)
• Edit, modify, or create derivative works from the content
• Use the content for commercial purposes
• Use the product for AI training or machine learning purposes
• Remove or alter copyright notices or branding

Copyright: All content, including text, images, design, and layout, is protected by copyright and owned by Conspire Creations®. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices: All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable VAT where required. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment: We accept payment via Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards) and PayPal. Payment must be received in full before access to digital products is granted.

Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes based on your location.

5. Refunds and Returns

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. In summary:

• All sales are final once the digital product has been downloaded
• Refunds may be granted for technical issues, incorrect products, or duplicate purchases
• No refunds for change of mind after downloading

6. Account and Access

Download Access: Download links are typically valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Please download and save your files within this period.

Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Lost Files: We are not responsible for lost or deleted files after download. Please keep secure backups.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our products, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Conspire Creations® and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

The "Conspire Creations®" name and "Created to Conspire®" tagline are registered trademarks.
